INCIDENT 35: LOST NODE

Book Three should begin after the player selects NODE 19 — LOST from the
authorized field-transfer door.

The destination is a Wisconsin surface node that has been disconnected
from the return network but is not empty. The player must discover why
Node 19 was allowed to become dormant, who marked it LOST, and what it
means that a new operator can no longer return by the same path.
