INCIDENT 36: MOBILE NODE

Book Four begins with the unregistered moving point that appeared after
Node 19 was preserved as LOST.

The next mystery is simple to state and impossible to map:

    What is a node that can move?

Possibilities include a UFO acting as a mobile node, something moving
through Wisconsin, or a new participant that did not come from the Quiet
Array at all. Do not turn it into a chatty alien character. The moving
node should remain mysterious, capable of being friendly, hostile or
neither.
