Just got back from the Flying Circus RC Air Show. Even with the strong winds that left some planes grounded, everyone seemingly had the time of their life. Seeing 3D gas powered flight is absolutely amazing, some of the stunts performed boggle the mind as to how it is literally physically possible to do that with a gas model plane.
With the strong winds in the afternoon everyone was showing off how they were able to fly without moving. One guy flew straight up and landed straight down. I don’t mean he took off and went up and came down, his plane lifted off the runway and came in for a landing without turning the tires more then a single revolution.

It isnt too late to enjoy some action either, the wind is coming to an end and they are doing some night flying tonight. Just a couple miles off the interstate between Beloit and Janesville.
