Some neighborhood kids just dropped by to sell candy bars for a band trip. When I was a kid myself doing that, $1 a bar sounded crazy expensive, now I am thinking "Wow, that's cheap!"
I wish I would have thought about it a little faster, but if I bought the whole box, then told them to go sell for $3 (you know being a fundraiser you can be expensive) the kids and I could split the extra money. We both could make a little profit while paying the school in full.
Man, I need to be faster on the draw looking for ways to make a buck... here perfectly good child labor is already out and about working and I passed up the investment opportunity.
BTW for the Highwood folks reading this in horror. They are good kids and I wish them well on the trip... I tell silly jokes.
