If the coordinate grid rotates while the object remains stationary, replace the
reference frame before replacing the object.

If the object rotates while the grid remains stationary, check attitude solution.

If both rotate and the telemetry claims zero motion, shut down the visualization
and inspect the mechanical-state archive.
