Who else has had Spectrum downtime?
If you call in and wait to complain that the service is down all the recorded messages do is market "most uptime, always available"... hmm, that is a lie. I have never noticed Verizon not being available when I needed it. Seems like I can trim a $200/mo. bill at this point; sure my phone will always be around 100 degrees Fahrenheit and always plugged in as a hot spot, but I only need to stream to the internet once, not twice.
Spectrum cutting off service in the middle of the night just sucks, everything shuts down and stops working.
