Carmel Apple Pie. Did a crust test on that handpie in the background, nailed it. No one adds enough water to your pie crust. It isn't hard!!! And when it rolled out, it was soft like bread dough, not hard cracking barely holding it together like I was always shown. 

You can see how soft and tender my crust doughy was. Since there is a pool of Carmel under the crust I draped it on like a throw blanket. Lots of flakey folds to break off and dip.
