STORY NOTES
===========

Premise
-------
Ace and Jack break the fourth wall, reveal themselves as actors working for
DJRC—the Webmaster at NITETIME.NET—and pull back the archive scenery to show
the garage where the continuing adventures will begin.

Continuity
----------
This follows the three-issue archive and Gopherspace prologue. Ace and Jack
retain their established appearance, personalities, and wardrobe. The curtain
reveal reframes the preceding spaces as theatrical scenery without requiring
that their events be declared unreal; props from the archive remain present
and may still work.

This issue changes format from a landscape Sunday page to a single portrait
broadside. It functions as a cast address, a thank-you poster, and a doorway
into the garage era of the series.

Important visual details
------------------------
The garage contains radios, vintage computers, tools, cables, an open-workshop
atmosphere, and a screen reading NEXT: THE GARAGE. DJRC is represented only by
a director's chair and labeled slate, so no unsupported physical design is
created.

Easter eggs
-----------
Gopherspace remains visible as stage scenery. The carved gopher is now a prop
on a dolly. A NITETIME.NET field manual, route clipboard, .net mug, and old
computer equipment reward close inspection.

Possible future hooks
---------------------
The garage supplies a practical home base for radio, computer, vehicle, and
signal mysteries. The archive scenery and props may continue to blur the line
between production equipment and functioning Nitetime technology.
