STORY NOTES
===========

Premise
-------
Ace and Jack take their alien buddy to a fictional lakeside clubhouse. The
visitor detects something wrong with a vintage slot machine, plays one token,
and produces an enormous jackpot through unexplained extraterrestrial ability.

Continuity
----------
This is the visitor's second night after ISSUE-008. The alien retains the same
adult appearance, practical travel suit, satchel, calm temperament, and ability
to communicate in English. Ace continues seeking cosmic explanations. Jack
continues treating alien impossibility as a practical local outing.

Important visual details
------------------------
The alien's ability is represented by concentric ripples and faint eye glow.
It is not a reproducible gambling method. Only one token is played. The slot
uses flying-saucer symbols, and no real casino or machine brand appears.

Easter eggs
-----------
Lake Koshkonong and the familiar radio tower remain visible outside. The alien
keeps its soda through the jackpot and rides on top of the winnings. Jack uses
the same kind of snow shovel one might keep in a Wisconsin garage.

Possible future hooks
---------------------
Whether the alien reads probability, communicates with machines, changes
outcomes, or simply receives unusual cooperation remains open. The disposition
of an impossible trailer full of coins is also unresolved.
