I am a week and a half into my new job. Most of my time has been onboarding and training. Last night I did my first real piece of work, so it is time to spill the beans.
I am now a Solutions Developer for SiteSpect. I have already worked with them for the last 4 years at my previous job, so it is pretty cool to now slide over and be on a team of people that I already know and have worked with in the past.
The job is hacking HTML/JS/CSS to help clients test and optimize their websites. It is more of what I love about web development, having a tricky problem and figuring out a logical solution when a problem is seemingly impossible to solve.
