CB Radio (11 meters) is truly the outlaw radio band and I am curious when the last person has been busted by the FCC on it. The image below is a waterfall of about 20 or so channels. The vertical lines are people talking on each channel. Now you see right in the middle how that line spreads out horizontally through the other channels? Yea, that guy is probably running at least 1000 (or possibly 5000) Watts of power, it is causing noise and static across other channels because he is so powerful. CBs are only supposed to run 4watts to "stay in their lane" so to speak. If you pulled this on a licensed band the FCC would be at your door with a massive ticket.
